Below is looking at before and after low-threshold was added to the Shattuck. The additional graph is the 5th one that shows the accumulation of calls over time. This has more nuance than previous graphs. During colder times there will be fewer needles and calls. Also there is a lag which can be explained by the combination of the units not being filled yet, the cold weather beforehand, and the time it takes for regular drug selling in the area.

In addition to the Shattuck location, people were also interested in the area of the enVision hotel. This is a 41 bed low-threshold housing location managed by Victory Programs. This was created the same time as the low-threshold on the Shattuck campus in Franklin Park.
